Resolved: System is back up and running. Some customers may need to complete a browser refresh.

There will be a planned maintenance outage this weekend. This will effect PartStore/PCC orders between 11 pm Friday through 8 am Monday.

Online orders will submit via email only until Monday morning when we have confirmation that the system is up and running again.

We are experiencing connectivity issues with Caterpillar systems. This is impacting online platforms and customers are unable to buy parts online. Peterson and Caterpillar network technicians are troubleshooting.

SIS Web May 1, 2019 System Outage

A Cat system outage has been reported. The outage is impacting PartStore, PCC, and SIS Web. Support is optimizing the database (re-indexing) which should take approximately 1 hour. We believe alerts should clear prior to completion. Apr 2, 2019 Inaccurate Price and Availability

  1. If you have saved as a favorite, delete it
  2. Go to
  3. From the menu in the right hand corner select PartStore OR/WA or PartStore CA
  4. In the upper left - log in with your user id and password.
