eCommerce Platform Outage

All Caterpillar eCommerce platforms are experiencing a major outage.  Support teams are working quickly to identify and resolve the issue which began sometime around 8am Central on Tuesday, May 4th (approx. 1.5 hours ago).  Orders are unable to be submitted during the outage.  We do not yet have a confirmed estimate of when service will be restored, however we will follow up as soon as additional information becomes available.  

Platforms Impacted:
All regions - Integrated Procurement, Parts.Cat.Com, PartStore Web, myParts.Cat.Com, and CatPeijian

Customer Impact:
Customers are unable to log-in to any eCommerce platform

Failure of all customer orders attempted to be placed after 8am Central, May 4th.

Customers must wait to place orders until platforms return online, otherwise they can call in their orders to be placed over the phone with the dealer counter.

The shuttles to the Santa Rosa, Willits, and Fortuna store have been cancelled due to mandatory evacuations and power outages. 

PartStore Aug 7, 2019 Planned Outage-System Maintenance

Resolved: System is back up and running. Some customers may need to complete a browser refresh.

There will be a planned maintenance outage this weekend. This will effect PartStore/PCC orders between 11 pm Friday through 8 am Monday.

Online orders will submit via email only until Monday morning when we have confirmation that the system is up and running again.
