A Cat system outage has been reported. The outage is impacting PartStore, PCC, and SIS Web. Support is optimizing the database (re-indexing) which should take approximately 1 hour. We believe alerts should clear prior to completion. Apr 2, 2019 Inaccurate Price and Availability

  1. If you have saved as a favorite, delete it
  2. Go to
  3. From the menu in the right hand corner select PartStore OR/WA or PartStore CA
  4. In the upper left - log in with your user id and password.

Some customers have reported multiple issues with Cat platforms. Not all customers are affected. We are investigating these issues. May 22, 2018 Portland Parts Availability

From May 29 to June 1, Peterson Cat will move our earthmoving parts inventory from Portland to our new store at 5450 NE Five Oaks Drive in Hillsboro. During this time, we will not have access to this inventory, so we will fill your orders from other Peterson stores or from a Caterpillar parts depot.

Our Portland parts staff will still be working behind the counter, answering the phone, and taking orders. Only over-the-counter parts fulfillment will be temporarily suspended during this period.
