Resolution: Connectivity to Caterpillar has been restored. You may still experience system issues. Please log off all open internet session and perform a browser refresh. The browser refresh will clear the error messages.

Update: PartStore and PCC are still experiencing intermittent connectivity issues. We will update this alert frequently.

PartStore and PCC are experiencing DBS issues that started late yesterday afternoon.
Our IS department is working on restoring connectivity.

Internet Explorer 8 is no longer supported by PartStore.

For optimum PartStore and SIS Web experience, please upgrade your operating system to Windows 7 and your internet browser to Internet Explorer 9 or 10. Once you have upgraded, follow the steps in the video below to make sure your upgraded browser is configured correctly to use PartStore and SIS Web.
